I took my car to Luke’s for the first time in October 2019. I picked Luke’s based on the recommendation of one of my son’s friends. I’m glad I followed his friend’s input. I knew it was going to need some repairs, and prepared myself for a fairly expensive service visit. I spent around $900, but as I said, I expected that several items were going to need some work. I thought that the service advisor, Aaron, was very straightforward and honest with me. He didn’t try to up sell me (which other providers have tried). He seemed to understand that even though a trip to the mechanic sometimes means a large repair scope, people have a limit on how big of a bill they can handle. Without me really specifically asking, Aaron was very helpful in sorting out what needed immediate attention and what can wait. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience, and will continue doing business with Luke’s. They completed the repairs in a timely manner, the issues that were obvious to me have been corrected. They alerted me to some other unknown hanging issues that I opted to have them repair. Communication was excellent - I thought Aaron was respectful and honest to me. This is a good place for auto service.
