I really like Luke's. They know my car (a beloved beater) and never judge, and the prices are extremely fair (I'm always pleasantly surprised at the price of an oil change for my car!). They will let me know of everything that is wrong with my car, but always give me to option to have it repaired - I never feel pressured to add more services. They are quick and honest. I wish they could be everywhere!

Straightforward and professional.

This was the first time I've used your shop and I was very impressed. I'd read a lot of great reviews before I came in, and my experience was very similar. Most of my contacts were with Lucas and he was very polite and listened to my description of the problem with my car. Besides the work I came in for, he told me about my 2 bad front tires (which I also knew were bad) but he didn't try to push expensive tires, etc. on me. He gave me a quote on a couple of tires and alignment and even gave me a discount. I felt the overall cost of the repair and tires was reasonable. You folks have earned further business from me (but hopefully your services won't be needed too often 🙂)

Great service as always

This is hands-down, the best auto shop in Columbus. My husband and I have taken our cars to Luke's for 4 years now and always get great service. The team is honest and they complete a thorough inspection of our cars every time we bring them in. The staff lets us know what repairs are needed and ways we can decrease costs if needed. Lucas has been a huge help to us. He took the time to tell me repairs that my car might need in the future, answered my questions, and he was patient with me as I explained frustrations I've been having with my car.
