Can't say enough about this shop! They are awesome. Finally, finally, finally, finally...there is truth in automotive repair. The dealerships continue to hide behind "service managers" to soft sell or hard sell all the repairs that need to be done at two times the price and 50% of the quality. Luke's is a huge breath of fresh air. We have three vehicles and have serviced them all with Luke's. Time, money and effort well spent. Classy operation that gives me faith in humankind and honest/truthful operation of a business.

I found this shop by reading the online reviews. My 2008 Mercury Mariner AWD was having front end drive and brake issues. I listed the symptoms, which were many. Thought my car would be there for awhile. Luke's Auto diagnosed the problem and gave me a detailed explanation of the repair plan and time/cost estimate before proceeding with the work. After work and test drive was completed, a rear brake issue was detected. I had them fix that and the car is great! They had my car for only 3 business days AND they we're busy. For what they did I thought this was great. I'm really impressed with the labor/material price, customer communication and they even showed me photos of affected areas of my vehicle. Thanks so much!

About a year ago my car had developed a clopping sound it had been serviced by the dealer and I was told they did not hear anything. Was told the axles looked fine, however a while later the left one blew and so did my sway bar. After it was fixed I continued to hear the noise. At this point I didn't know what to do so when the engine light came on I was hesitant to return to the dealer. After an internet search I found Luke's, the reviews were good and the main theme was their honesty. Sure enough I found that to be the case. The motor mounts and oxygen sensor were the problems. He explained he would only replace the bad ones whereas a dealer would have replaced all of them and charged thousands. He understood I was not trying to rebuild yet not quite ready to give up on it. There is one other item that will need replacing but he did not push the issue he told me what I NEEDED and what could wait without sacrificing safety. Throughout the drive home ….NO MORE CLOPPING!!! Looking forward to our next visit my 2006 Acura TL thanks you :)
