My first visit. Friendly staff, gracious about my slightly late arrival & willing to shift things around to best accommodate my morning schedule. Price was competitive as well. I will definitely return.

We found Luke's on a recommendation from a neighbor who has used them for years. We are very, very pleased with their service! They have gone out of their way to get work done. You wouldn't find this with a dealership. We are so glad we found you and appreciate your going above and beyond for us!

Great Place.I was one of 'those' customers. My car was making funny noises. I had no idea what was wrong. They went for a test ride with me; provided me with a free loaner and diagnosed the problem. Later that day, I received a call once they had my car up on the lift and said, "good news, it's not as bad as we think. Instead of more than a $300 repair, it was half that and would be ready later that afternoon.' When does that happen? These guys are exactly what they say they are...honest, quality auto repair. My new favorite place.

Credit where credit is due. When advised of a mistake the staff was more than willing to correct it and make things right. Honesty is rare in the auto service world. I am thankful to Aaron and Luke for all your help.

I went to two reputed auto garages in Columbus, paid over $1,000 but they could not fix the problem. Luke's Auto was able to identify the problem and complete the repairs at a reasonable price - the car is as good as new. They were courteous and helpful and I was satisfied with the answers to my questions They loaned a car free of charge, which helped to get to work. Wonderful service. Explained everything in great detail and was very patient when I didn't understand something. Being able to have a replacement/ loaner car while they repaired mine was amazing!

Great, friendly service. Honest evaluation and pricing...no surprise costs at the end that can happen at other places. I literally have no complaints. They did great work, let me know how everything would go, didn't attempt any pressure tactics, and got the job done on time at a fair price. And the free loaner was a huge plus for me. I will definitely be back.
