A few weeks ago my car had a catastrophic failure, which left me not only in a stressful situation but also with a surprise financial burden. Luke's seriously made this extremely unfortunate situation more bearable. They were patient as we talked through my options and helped me do research and reach out to the manufacturer. When I didn't get any support from the manufacturer, Luke's worked with me on the price for repair to make sure I wasn't getting any more financial surprises. The situation itself was incredibly stressful, but I can't express how grateful I was to have Luke's support because they really made it feel more manageable.

My first time at Luke's... I was there just for an oil change and tire rotation. Service manager Jason was friendly and helpful. The job was finished in just 45 minutes while I waited, and the cost was very reasonable. Jason sent a text message with a link summarizing their thorough inspection which revealed no other issues. Planning to make Luke's my new go-to shop!

Our 2008 Nissan Armada had some issues, we were very frustrated going from machinic to machinic with no satisfying answers. I googled and found LUKE'S Automotive website, there I read the reviews and was shocked to see a number of satisfied customers, I have never seen. I decided to give it a try and booked my schedule. It was very very convenient. After my appointment, I called to speak to a representative, I was shocked to not only hear someone taking the time and listen to my concerns, yet I do not have a lot of knowledge about cars but the representative continued to calmly gather information from me. I then brought our Nissan to the shop, They were able to replace my lights, did a thorough diagnosis on my "Check engine light issues", and came up with a plan on how to get the issues resolved. Excellent! - To say the least, what really stood out the most for me is the total genuine customer service interaction I have, the text messages I received about my car, the calls from the service person, the assurance and warranty provided, and above all the value that Luke's automotive added to me as a customer. I will definitely continue doing business with Luke's Automotive

Adam is my main contact and I trust that any concern will be dealt with swiftly and thoroughly. I’ve taken my Mini Cooper there a few times for oil changes and then a gas tank replacement. The job needed more done and he was able to explain the work. The tech even followed up a few days later. I’ll continue to take it there!

Having moved to the Columbus area 2 years ago, and needing a reputable service / repair facility, I looked online and inquired of friends. Luke's kept rising to the top. My car is a 2016 and doesn't need repairs at this time but I need a trustworthy shop for oil changes, tire rotation etc. I brought my 2016 Buick Encore to Luke's on 12/04/2020 and found the work to be first class. In addition to the O.C. & Rotation, they also claimed to do a multi point inspection of essential areas. At checkout, Josh informed me that my battery (rated @ 525 CCA - cold cranking amps) was only producing 320 CCA - which would result in a non-starting morning sometime this winter. He also said my coolant level was down a small amount - no leaks, and they topped that off pro- bono. Thanks to Josh & the mechanic who serviced my vehicle, just today I replaced the battery with an Interstate rated @ 630 CCA. Luke's / Josh didn't try to sell me a battery but just informed me of the issue. Thanks to them, I feel confident that I'll not experience the dreaded 'click' of the ignition when the mercury dips low enough for 320 CCA to not do it's job. I've found my maintenance / repair shop here in Columbus and will recommend these folks to all my family / friends that are looking for honest / reputable workmanship. Prior to bringing my vehicle to Luke's, I'd noticed on several (cool morning) occasions that my ignition was sluggish in turning over the engine and even failed (initially) to start a couple of times. I suspected something amiss but didn't think a 4 year old battery could be the culprit, having had 12 years battery longevity from my former vehicle - a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500. You never know - trust the experts and you won't go wrong. I'm thankful that I needed an oil change / tire rotation at this time - heading into winter.

My son had his catalytic converter stolen from his Prius while parked at OSU off-campus housing. Toyota dealerships would only replace the entire exhaust system, front-to-back, at a cost of $3,000. I live out of town and searched for an auto service shop based upon online reviews. The reviews for Luke’s are stellar. When I called, my first contact, Aaron, was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They did the work the next day for $1,200, which was $200 BELOW the quote. Great experience with this group!

First Time Customer and I WILL be back. From the moment I dropped off the car until I picked it up, nothing but a class shop. When I dropped the car off, Luke (The Owner) was out front cleaning. He introduced himself and asked how I had heard of them. Josh (My Service Advisor) was friendly and asked what the issues were. I heard first thing the next day, what they had found out and given three different options (with a dollar amount), a time frame in which it would be done, and Josh answered all questions I had. I picked one of the options and was told they would get me a Loaner Car at no cost. I picked the loaner up the next day with a full tank of gas. I was kept informed of what was going on through out the process and could see it also online. The car was done sooner than was quoted and cheaper by $800.00. When I picked up the car, Josh had the part that was causing all my issues. Was informed my car should be good for a while and if not please bring it back so we can get it right. With a 5 year 50000 mile warranty and the Loaner Car, I will definately be back. You guys rock and I will be telling all my friends and family about my experience.
