Hands down, the most professional, curious and honest shop I have been to in my eleven years in Columbus. I brought my Subaru in because the check engine light came on, then went away, so I wanted codes to be pulled to see what the issue was. I also had an oil change and battery swap done as well as a 60k mile check. Unfortunately my scoobie didn't store the error code history, but since there was no history to pull, Luke's didn't charge me for the diagnostic work that they performed. Any other shop I have been to would of charged me for the labor to run the test. During this whole process I was kept up to date on what they have already done, what was needed, and what wasn't. I was offered options, and nothing was forced on me. Luckily my drive belts did not need to be changed (which is something Subaru claims needs to be done at 60k). The belts were inspected and deemed to be in good shape, and was informed that I should wait until that service is actually needed. I am also pretty sure all my fluids were topped off free of charge, yet another thing I have been charged for at numerous other shops in town. I just got my car back and it runs great. Bottom line, this is a non-predatory auto shop, with loads of experience, a friendly face, and fast turn around time. There is zero BS thrown around at this shop. Info is told as it should, on time, and not over explained to try and make you feel like they are doing more than they are. If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust to do quality work, without hesitation you should go to Luke's Auto.
