Had an oil change, inspection showed issue with my rear shocks, I was sent a photo of the problem. I set up a time to bring the car back & get a loaner car It is so easy to use Luke's Automotive, they do a really thorough inspection & make sure that everything they do is communicated & transparent.

Luke's has always been my go-to for car troubles. They are quick to work on your vehicle (even get in early to do so), always explain to me what's wrong with my car, and give me their honest opinion on the severity of the problem. If they have to keep your car for a few days they'll do their best to send you out with one of their loaner vehicles for no charge. If there is no loaner available they will pay for an Uber to take you to and from the auto shop. They are also honest with their pricing (I don't know too much about this, but I know that one time it was cheaper for me to get my car fixed elsewhere and they told me that to save me money). Above all, they are really nice guys. I've never been disappointed with their service.

Excellent customer service. They give you updates on your vehicle. Honest estimates which they send you a copy of and trustworthy work. I can't say enough good things about them.

Luke's is awesome! Prompt, friendly service from Josh! Gotta love their "Free Loaner Car" program. Getting both of our vehicles repaired at the same time would've otherwise been incredibly inconvenient.

I'll never go anywhere else to get my car fixed! The people at Luke's are both friendly and honest. They do great work and are very open about what is going on with your car. I took my Subaru in for one thing and they found a few other problems and were helpful and flexible with me. I was told what needed done now and what could wait. Was not pushed to do everything all at once. They are great at explaining all the work being done. They had my car for almost a week, but with the free loaner car and uber service I had no problems getting to work or trying to find a ride to pick up my car when it was finished. Thank you Luke's Auto for getting my car back on the road!
