Professional, courteous, informative. A lot of work on my 2002 Hyundai Elantra: shocks & struts w/alignment, wheel bearing, spark plugs, timing belt, rear brakes plus routine maintenance, etc. was done in an acceptable amount of time with updates provided by Adam. Transportation from and to Luke's Auto Service was free. I am highly pleased with the results.

Everyone at Luke's is top notch! I have been taking my personal vehicles, as well as some of my work trucks to them for years. Even back when Fritz was there :) They have always provided great service and give detailed feedback on the vehicles. I have also noticed their commitment to improvement in communication. Through the upgrades in the notifications and email summaries of the work done and recommendations. All the hard work and great customer service is very much appreciated. As a small business owner myself, I understand the importance of separating yourself from the rest with quality work/service. Luke's does just that and I will continue to recommend them to friends, and family!

Luke's Auto was great. I had to have my truck dropped off so they called to tell me it made it there and while it was being serviced I received email updates on progress of work. They figured out what was wrong with it and gave me several options and was not pushy on doing all the work now. Adam talked with me and I felt I was talking to a friend not a "dealership desk jockey". I picked up my truck and he gave me a list of suggestions on repairs I need to do that in the future when time and funds were lined up, which was great so I can work on getting my truck in great shape.
